This is my first year with the program, but one thing that I know is that my students are eager to learn and have a sincere interest in the restaurant industry. They enjoy being in the kitchen, working as a team and building relationships with one another. We have had recent success in competition which has sparked an interest for even more students. I look forward to introducing the restaurant industry to more students in the future.
