I am 3rd grade teacher in a high poverty school. All of the students in my school receive free breakfast and lunch. Half of my students are English Language Learners and English is not their first language--for many, it is not spoken at home at all. Most of my students do not read on the required reading level. Many of my students have also experienced some sort of trauma in their short lifetime. I am trying to give my students all of the supplies and resources needed to help them achieve their highest potential. Thank you for helping to make this year a successful for them and my future students.
