I am an ELL teacher and co-teach Reading Workshop to three groups of about 22 students. Most of our fifth grade group is reading far below grade level. We are trying to promote an inviting reading space. We have students with special needs, emotional disorders, and a majority of ELL students, specifically three newcomers!
Having the Kore wobble chairs will allow for flexible seating throughout the classroom. The Kore chairs will allow for individual movement, especially for highly active learners. We have to get these kids excited about reading and up to grade level! We want them to love reading and their reading space!
