I'd like to provide Scholastic News for my classroom to share and enjoy. It would keep them 'in the know' so to speak. Current events are in the newspapers all around. This would give them a source of rigorous text as well as another source of reading material in class. We could give newscasts in Social Studies class. I would use the material as a subject for the game Kahoot! on our Chrome Books. We could also take the quizzes based on the many stories included within. So many uses and the added bonus of getting them interested in what's happening. Thank you in advance for considering my project.
