Research shows that students work best when they can be active AND comfortable. At Buckner Elementary, we pride ourselves on "Working together, Inspiring each other, and BECOMING OUR BEST." I want to help my students BECOME THEIR BEST everyday. My first graders need to be able to experience flexible/alternative classroom seating in order to provide them a great learning environment. Students will be able to rotate/choose seating that best fits their needs on a daily basis, including-comfortable beach chairs, lap desks, floor pillows, crate with cushions and traditional classroom seating. Please help us reach our goal for flexible classroom seating!
