Students enjoy using dry erase boards when they are working independently and in groups. The boards are also beneficial when working with small groups. As the teacher, I am able to better see how students are working their equations. Struggling students feel more confident using these boards, as well. The boards also help to save on paper usage. We try to make good use of our supplies in our classroom and the dry erase boards are incredibly helpful to save paper and pencils. We also use these boards in several different group and/or team activities, such as "Board Up" and "Show Down."
