Tiedra Yvette Hutchings-Hoskins is a 25-year veteran in the Atlanta Public Schools System. Ms. Hutchings-Hoskins attended Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass where she has obtain her Master's in Literacy and Language. Mrs. Hoskins currently teaches history and reading for Hank Aaron Academy in Atlanta. Her passion for education and learning has led her to places all over the world to study and research topics pertaining to her subject. She is an active participant in NEH scholarships. Mrs. Hoskins was a finalist for the 2008 Awesome Teacher Award- Each One Reach One Community Impact Project, Inc. She has been "Teacher of the Year" twice in Atlanta Public Schools and runner-up for district TOTY for Atlanta Public Schools.
