I am a Speech-Language Specialist for PreK-5th grade. A large part of my caseload is children who are on the autism spectrum and their abilities range from nonverbal to limited language skills. I believe every child has a voice that needs to be heard & just because a child can't speak doesn't mean they have nothing to say. When the student's come to my classroom they are coming to a nurturing and fun space. We explore, play, and learn many new concepts/sounds in speech & I try to incorporate technology in my classroom when I can.

About my class
