A teacher's job is never done. It's the middle of summer break and I am looking for innovative ways to engage my students and actively monitor them.
There's no better way to actively engage all learners than the use of technology. I am requesting an Elmo TT 12iD Vision Bundle document camera with CRA 1 Wireless Tablet. This project can be used interactively by students and teacher. Imagine a math lesson where students can pass around a wireless tablet and see their work come to life on the Smartboard.
Both teacher and students will be able to actively share work, in the moment. The ability to share and discuss each problem, as it is being solved cooperatively with whole group instruction is HUGE! Students will stay actively engaged while they await their turn to use the wireless tablet. I will be able to give immediate feedback to all students by monitoring with the use of the wireless tablet.
The various ways to use this technology would be endless in our math and science classroom.
