I am requesting new weight lifting equipment to help improve our strength and conditioning program. We are in need of more equipment due to the increasing number of student athletes that we have coming into our sports program. The weight lifting equipment will help to improve our Athletic Program and increase the quality of life for our student athletes. In addition, the equipment will help us to improve our strength, as well as help our students to develop a positive self concept of themselves. My students need to have the opportunity to develop into better student athletes. The weight lifting equipment will help to empower my students into reaching and attaining the goal of becoming first class Athletic Program.
