My students need an iPad Pro for our daily classroom use. By having this in our classroom I will be able to engage my students in the math and allow them to practice these important, foundational skills on a daily basis. By having technology in my classroom I will be able to use countless math programs on a daily basis. Our students will be able to performance tasks assigned via USA Testprep and other assignments given in small groups. Also, students would be able to use the iPad Pro to participate in classroom activities like Kahoots during review sessions. In addition, they will be able to use it to practice math skills by using district sponsored math programs as well as countless free math apps. My students are just beginning their academic career, and the use of technology is a critically important tool in helping my students develop 21st century math skills.
My project will make a difference in my students' lives because it will allow students who otherwise won't have the opportunity to gain access to technology when working with mathematics. I believe that this iPad Pro tablet will allow students to accelerate their learning and give them opportunities to be more successful in math and current technology.
