The rocker and lamp that I am requesting will allow my 5th grade readers to have a relaxing and peaceful reading experience! Students thrive in an environment that is calming, rejuvenating, and peaceful-the rocker and lamp offer just that to a classroom! Not only will the book that they are reading allow them to escape and travel the world, but the rocker and calming light from the lamp will offer the tranquility and peace on the journey! I can already envision the need for a sign-up sheet for this area in our room!

About my class
