I work in a very low socioeconomic area. We are a Title I school that provides free breakfast and lunch to everyone of our students. My students strive to be the best that they can be no matter the circumstances. They work very hard to achieve academic success.
The supplies that I am requesting are very important to my classroom and my students. These bouncy bands will help my students to be able to quietly fidget while still paying attention during whole group and small group instruction.
Each student will receive a bouncy band for their desk and the bouncy bands for the chairs will be used in my small group as well as at our computer stations.
My students will be able to maintain control with these bouncy bands while still focusing on whole group and small group instruction. I feel as if these will be very beneficial to the success of my students and their learning.
