Having this easel will help me to better meet my students needs in a whole class and small group setting as their needs require. I can help the students who need extra time while other students are able to work in other areas at their own pace. All students learn in their own way and this will help me to give all my students an equal opportunity to learn using different strategies. Being able to help students at their level is very important to me. This will give me the ability to teach students in a smaller group who may need extra help while their peers are also learning at their own pace.
