Pre-Kindergarten children share some typical development patterns, but each child is unique and develops in a unique way. I recognize each and every child's special abilities and encourage them to grow in all areas: intellectually, socially, academically, emotionally, physically, and most of all creatively. It looks like play but we are learning. I will engage my student's learning by utilizing theses supplies(crayons, finger paint, paper supplies, manipulatives for writing) in learning how to work together, respect each other, grow in self control, express themselves creatively, listening as well as speaking, participate in group activities, increase muscular development, develop good working habits, enjoy using a variety of materials, equipment, toys, and experiences. Students will directly use these tools in the classroom to support and encourage their interest and understanding of the world around them.

About my class
