My students and I would like to thank you in advance for reading about our Team Building Project. My students are working on making good choices, following directions, and communicating properly with their peers and staff.
By giving my students with a learning disability, Autism, or ADHD an opportunity to earn LEGO Time in class, it will motivate them to develop and practice team building skills, shape their behaviors by making good choices, improve on their social skills appropriately with their peers, and give them an opportunity to use their imagination as they communicate with one another as they build together. My students will be so happy to know that we have LEGO bricks in class and that they will be able to use them as an incentive.
