Navigating the Chromebook has been difficult for my students as this is their first experience using them. A mouse would help children navigating remote sessions as well as getting to sites much more easily. Many second graders have difficulty manipulating the touch pad, so the mouse would aid in this. Mask lanyards would make managing the mask much more safe during mask breaks.
At this time, sharing materials is not allowed. The Play-Doh, chalk, and plastic figurines will give my students a few options for individual activities during mask break time. These items are small and easy to store.
