I am a third year English teacher at Bassick High School in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I earned my undergraduate degree at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut and focused on teaching in urban areas. I began my student teaching at Bassick and stayed on to be a teacher. I love my job and I love my students despite how difficult teaching is. I wouldn't trade this for anything.
