I probably have the best job at my school: we sing, we play, we move, we create, we think. In short, we make music! I have been an elementary music teacher since 2006. My students create an interesting blend of poverty and wealth, high achievement and low expectations. It is a challenge to find musical experiences that appeal to them all, but with the help of generous donors, I am able to teach exciting, engaging units in my classroom.
