I am teaching first grade in Sacramento. I am at a school where students desperately need a comfortable classroom that feels like home. I have been able to create a community feel in our room and gather many supplies and tools necessary but I have found we are missing the hands on technology aspect. "We need technology in every classroom and in every student and teacher's hand, because it is the pen and paper of our time, and it is the lens through which we experience much of our world."
