As we go through this time, I am working on enhancing the scholars learning opportunities. We are working hybrid right now, meaning we have scholars that are virtual and face to face. Right now, I am incorporating many things, but our focus of this project if Culture Through Covid. We have been reading different books, articles, and texts to understand how covid has been affecting the population. The scholars are giving back through the community through their knowledge and the lessons they have obtained. Right now, I have developed a group called Ranger M.U.S.C.L.E (Men Understanding Self-Control, Leadership, and Excellence) and we have been focused on CTC for our Community Service Project. I honestly forgot about this site, as I have been paying for everything out of pocket, making all the copies and creating our virtual and F2F scrapbooks. This project is to help encourage scholars to know, no matter what is going on in the world, you can still make a difference. With the help of Donor Choose, we will be able to cover the cost to do more things in the community and give more scholars opportunities to be part of our outreach program.
