According to the National Education Association. Having kids read a lot is one of the the crucial components of becoming a good reader. Young readers need practice at recognizing letters and sounds. The only way to become a good reader is to practice reading. The U.S. Department of Education found that, generally, the more students read for fun on their own time, the higher their reading scores. For this reason, it is important that students have quality books to read in my classroom that are interesting. I need your help to build a classroom library for my students.
