Our wrestling program is fairly new and we do not have any equipment in our room other than mats. We will be competing in a very competitive league in Central California and we need to get stronger so we are competitive with the other teams that we compete against. Our kids are showing up and it is my responsibility to get them trained up to be competitive so they can achieve their goals. In order to do this, equipment like these ropes will help to improve our overall strength that is vital in wrestling and great for their overall health.

About my class
