Students will read novels throughout the school year. We will supplement scholastic new and science spin for our nonfiction component of our literacy program. Students will work on skills, build fluency, become engaged and build a lice for literature to last a life time. Remember when you found that one book that you fell in live with? That's my goal! I want every child in my classroom to feel that way about reading. Students will build a life time love for reading. How awesome it would it be if all of my students could read a total of 6 novels in one school year? I want to build that love through novels. With your help I can make that happen.

About my class
