Most all of my students are on free and reduced lunch and come from the Federal Housing units located around the school, most are which are drug- infested and are below suitable living conditions. The children are often left to fend for themselves therefore the supplies would be a great asset to our classroom. Many of the items the children have were donated to them and these are the items still needed. Many of our students in the school have not met AYP and have parents who care but often times cannot afford to purchase the extra necessary things for the classroom.
