The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them the opportunity to be relaxed and focused during class instruction. The weighted lap pad will help my students to sit still and also be able to manipulate the beads for sensory input needs. The bean chairs will allow my students to chill when they are having a bad day and need a spot to feel safe. The fidget toys also meet the sensory needs of my autistic and ADHD students as well as my multi-sensory learners. I have seen how these items and others geared towards meeting the needs of students with disabilities can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
