Hello! My name is Amy Desiderio and I teach prek students with autism (ages 3-5 years old). My students are very bright, but they need many accommodations and modifications in order to be successful in the classroom. That means that they need to learn in a multisensory approach with many opportunities for repetition and practice. In order to best provide a variety of ways for the students to learn the various prek concepts, materials are needed! The school only provides us with a limited amount of money and a limited amount of materials, so I am always making new materials and searching for materials in order to provide for my student's needs.
