Legacy Charter Elementary School is a Title 1, 100% free meal program school. I am honored to be a music educator at this stellar school that serves inner city students. I teach Kindergarten through 4th grades, as well as direct the Honor Choir Ensemble.
In order to be in Choir, scholars must maintain a GPA of at least 80% and exhibit excellent behavior and social skills.
Honor Choir Ensemble is often asked to perform at both school and off campus events. We perform a variety of selections from patriotic and classical songs to musicals complete with scenery and costumes.
Scholars learn how to maintain poise and confidence when performing in front of others. These valuable life-skills will follow them into higher education as well as to the job market when they reach adulthood.
