Studies have shown students learn better when they are more comfortable. That being said you can only go so far in a classroom but as teachers we do the best we can to create the best learning environment for our students. Not only will this benefit my kiddos but me as well.
Students all around work harder when they are able to relax and get comfy. This room transformation will create a "home like" environment. This may even be better than home.
I plan to provide my students with the best possible chance to learn and succeed within the four walls of our classroom and establish a strong, trusting, and safe place for all who enter my class.
