Our students are faced with a new challenge of learning remotely. Teachers are no longer able to give that gentle nudge, provide ongoing real-time instruction, materials, and encouragement. As we move forward, educators are developing a stronger understanding of how technology can best support our students' learning. As we navigate the challenges of distance learning, our students deserve to have educators who are equipped to push out instruction effectively. Teachers have spent the summer learning new platforms but some are only available with specific devices - not the district-provided devices. I am requesting a MacBook Pro to support my students' learning.
