We have a growing classroom library to help foster literacy in all of our students. The book bins will help us sort those books and keep them organized for easier access. We have a wide variety of readers in our room, which means we need a wide variety of books! Guided reading books will help ensure that I am able to reach all of those levels and give students access to text at their level, as well as individualized instruction. The privacy partitions will allow these students to have a quiet and private space to read and think.
These students have a strong love for reading and learning that I want to foster and encourage to grow! Many of these students do not have access to a wide variety of text outside of school, or the opportunity to have a quiet space to read. This is something that I want to make sure they have each and every day when they come to school.
