I am requesting ten copies of The Girls on the Train and composition notebooks to involve their parents in reading so that they can share a common interest. These materials are for someone who is crucial to my students' development and success, their parents. They need this to ensure lifelong academic success. Parents are crucial to the success of the student. If parents are not being engaged, then scholars will not do the work at home either. Giving parents this opportunity to grow themselves are literary scholars will improve their reading ability but will also improve the students' as well. I chose Girl On The Train because it is intense, interesting, and sets a suspenseful tone that gets anyone excited to be reading. This novel will encourage the parents to be analyze the text and the text development.
