The Chromebooks that I am requesting for my class will help bridge the gap between unmotivated student and eager learner. One of the biggest challenges students face in education is the ability to focus and be engaged in each day's activities and lessons.
Many students have the desire to learn but have not been reached at the modality that best suits them. Technology in education can bring them the possibility of achieving a personalized experience that is tailored to their particular learning style. Visual learners can experience and create vivid masterpieces using many of the differnent programs that are available. Kinesthetic learners may learn better by completing a hands-on VR lab demonstration to help them understand a difficult science topic they are having trouble understanding.
Technology opens up a realm of endless possibilities that each student can use to help them become the best students and learners that they possibly can.
