This summer I went to a workshop on Legos for education. It opened my eyes to showing my students a new way of telling stories and parts of stories! In just the short amount of time that I have known my students, I can tell that they all have ideas and creativity they are waiting to share with the world.
I would love to be able to give them another outlet for writing stories than just writing in a notebook. Students will be able to tell retell stories, create their own, as well as focus on a certain element. Building the story with their hands will give them another way to learn and express their creativity.
