We are a small public charter school on the Big Island of Hawaii that qualifies for Title 1 funding. We have an ethnically diverse population who are inspired and motivated to learn. Our students are taught from a young age to respect each other, the environment, our community, and themselves. Lessons learned in the classroom are brought back to family members and disseminated within the community. Our students recognize that volunteerism and contributing to the community are an integral part of being a world citizen in the 21st century. No matter how little you have, you always have something to give back to others.
