The Ellison Press machine will allow teachers to make books that will encourage the children to read. The children will help create the books which will increase their desire to want to learn to read. Reading will become an enjoyable activity instead of just something the children are required to do at school or at home.
The machine will help bring the children's books to life with authentic pictures which in turn motivates the child to want to read. Books can be made for other content areas as well such as math. Books can be made to learn number order, calendar skills, colors, shapes, patterns, and counting skills.
