My students are at risk from birth due to their socio-economic background. Many have not encountered technology before age 4 when they come to my classroom. It is my hope to prepare my students for elementary school by providing them with STEM/STEAM opportunities. The addition of 3 iPad minis will ensure that my students have more access to technology and provide me with opportunities to introduce STEM/STEAM activities. My students should not be at a disadvantage in the classroom because of their socio-economic background. Early introduction to technology tools is an integral skill set that these students need to be successful in their early elementary years.

About my class
