Technology is part of our daily lives! Students in classrooms are exposed to technology daily in the form of computers, iPads, and iPhones. While the basics of reading are learned and practiced, the Osmo app provides a bridge between technology and hands-on experiences. I am able to use the skills learned in class and apply it to the word building or vocabulary practice app provided by Osmo. Also, there are math "games" for students to play to practice number sense and even geometry. We have one kit currently and would love another so that more students have the opportunity to work with the letter titles or number cards to practice and increase fluency.
