I am requesting a year-long supply of reeds for my band students. For woodwind instruments, the reed is crucial as the student cannot produce a sound without it. Students have the opportunity to choose between clarinet, saxophone, flute, trumpet, trombone, and percussion but only the first two require a constant supply of new reeds.
Students will have twice as much time in band this year which means (potentially) going through twice as many reeds. Students will rehearse in concert band twice a week and take part in group lessons once a week. This supply of reeds with help the program exponentially.
About my class
