Students need to be given many opportunities for reading. I would like to promote literacy by having many options for then to choose from that may peak their interests. By having a classroom library with a diverse set of books it will allow my students to develop a love for reading. Students will be able to check out these books and take them home to continue their learning in any setting. I can also use many of these books in reading lessons and teach a variety of reading elements with them.

About my class
