This year my students have loved reading the SC Book Award Nominees! It's so amazing to see my struggling readers get excited about books! My students have enjoyed choosing, researching, and listening to these great books. With this new set of books, I hope to continue to grow their love of reading, turning them into lifelong readers! I truly love reading aloud to my class. And the students have enjoyed hearing and discussing books such as Saving Marty, Sidelined, and Greetings from Witness Protection. I am looking forward to sharing this exciting new set of SC Book Award Nominees with them.
