Having access to an iPad Mini will be so motivating for my students! They will look forward to reading on the iPad and using all the wonderful apps to help them feel like successful readers. They will be able to listen to books being read aloud to them while highlighting the words. Often times, with books, students will "pretend" like they are reading when they are struggling. This will ensure they will be actively engaged and learning during independent reading time! It will also offer them the opportunity to have exposure to technology that they might not have at home.

About my class
