These books will support students as they learn from home. They'll meet with me and a small peer group to develop empathy, literacy and stronger reading and writing skills. Having books in hand will balance out the screen-time load of remote learning. Balnce is key! They will be reading books in small groups, so they'll be able to discuss and talk through big ideas of literature like theme and wriitng craft. It will also support them in growing their independence. Help me keep kids healthy and learning through this time!
