Help our artists learn the Elements of Art and Principles of Design with accessible materials that can be used both at home and in the classroom. Charcoal and colored pencils can be used on a variety of surfaces, paper, newspaper, cardboard, the back of cereal boxes, etc. Providing students with these simple materials will open many avenues of teaching lessons in: line, value, shape, form, emphasis, pattern, color theory, and an array of design fundamentals. Help us make this a successful year! Especially amidst a trying time- creating art is a safe, constant, and pleasing space/process for students. I hope you can help us bring that to our kids this year
