Children learn best through play and hands-on materials. My students are no exception.
Hands-on learning is extremely important for four year olds and these sets will give them an opportunity to be engaged in STEM on a daily basis.
The Early Engineering Set and the Robotic Engineering Kits will introduce my students to the basics of engineering in a fun and engaging manner while providing them with endless opportunities for design and construction. The STEM Activity Set will give my students the chance for scientific investigations through hands-on exploration and connect them to key science concepts such as force and motion, simple machines, and sink and float. Kids K’NEX and blocks will lay the groundwork for STEM-related skills as they manipulate these materials during open-ended play.
I hope, by enriching my classroom with these materials, I will give my students access to the endless possibilities of learning STEM through play!
