This is year two for our preschool classroom! We are a newer addition to an existing K-5 Title 1 elementary school that serves a culturally and linguistically diverse community. As you can imagine, most public schools are not set up to cater to four year olds. We started from scratch. After many, many hours of hard work, our classroom has most of the things that we need.
Our classroom has a beautiful sensory table that we have filled with renewable and reusable fillers such as water and kinetic sand. I hope to further enhance our offerings of sensory materials to offer our amazing preschoolers new and exciting learning opportunities and language development through play!
With a little help, we can add these items to the classroom and they can be rotated and reused for future students as well!
