By utilizing the headphones in our classroom students can work independently on literacy and phonics programs. They can also research and watch educational videos about topics in class. When giving recreation time, students can take a break and enjoy their favorite programs and online educational games.
The storage cart will be used to hold our school supplies, which teaches them independence and organization. The drawers are labeled with each supply they hold, and students need to maintain neatness and use organizational skills to access their school supplies. This is important in a special education class where we emphasis independence and decision making.
