Scholastic magazines provide the students with information on current topics in a format that is interesting and grade level. I have taught kindergarten for the past 18 years. I loved kindergarten and the growth that my students showed over the 9 months. I recently learned that I will be teaching 1st grade for the 2018-19 school year. Starting from scratch is scary and exciting. I have the knowledge of what my students know at the end of the year and hope to continue to provide a loving classroom community and a rich print environment to excite and motivate them to reach their 1st-grade goals. Scholastic magazines will do just that!

About my class
