We need reliable, safe equipment. I've been updating things as much as I can, but the mixers are breaking down and becoming a safety issue. Receiving new mixers from this century will help immensely and help update our department equipment. Help me help them! We have a beginning quarter course for all 6th graders and elective intermediate and advanced courses. For example, the advanced course studies the chemistry of ingredients and how they affect the outcome with a Chocolate Chip Cookie Challenge with 5 different recipes (crispy, chewy, heart-healthy, cake-like, and ultimate). They need mixers to make strawberry mousse, homemade ice cream, and other recipes. Thank you for your consideration and support!
