These materials will not only allow my students not to feel so confined to their desks, but they will increase blood flow, oxygen to the brain, and strengthen their core. No one, whether a child or adult, likes to sit in one spot for a long period of time. I want my students to be able to move around their room and be as comfortable as possible. It will allow my students to make a choice on where they will learn their best. Help me get my students up and moving around the room as they strive for excellence in their education!

About my class
